Art Gallery of Peterborough - Winter /Spring School Programs 2010
Sons of a Lost River features the work of contemporary First Nations artist, poet, filmmaker, performer and Trent University professor Neal McLeod. McLeod’s paintings draw upon the narratives of Cree speaking people and are characterized by a dynamic flowing rhythm of vivid colour and expressive, figurative forms that radiate energy and light. The exhibition is open to the public at the Art Gallery of Peterborough, 250 Crescent Street, Peterborough from May 7 to June 27, 2010.
